Introduction to timber flooring

This course is designed as an introduction to timber flooring products and explains many of the pros and cons of the various types of flooring. It has an extended discussion on specification of timber flooring for areas and clarifies some of the areas having to do with wear and durability as well as looking at the appropriate coatings for commercial areas. There is also an introduction to adhesive systems. A special feature is a look at one of the first totally green options for timber floor installation from adhesive to finish.

Signature grade is a full feature graded timber which will give a rustic appearance. Filled and sanded correctly a rustic grade floor will look excellent. Many comment that signature grade looks real whereas some of the select floors almost look fake.
